Please submit files in industry standard formats, that are not dependent on the application, fonts or other separate design elements used in creation. We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .JPG and .PDF. All file formats must be flattened, have a resolution of 300dpi and embedded or outlined fonts.
We have provided steps for many different programs to achieve this format. If you have any questions or are unable to supply in this format, please
contact us and we will help you.
Located below you will find these sections:

- Ideally files will be vector files [Illustrator or InDesign]. If files are raster [Photoshop] then they must be at least 300 dpi resolution
- For RICH BLACK please use C:75 / M:68 / Y:76 / K:90
- CMYK Color Mode : If you do not send us CMYK artwork we will convert your files to CMYK and "color shifting" may occur!
- Artwork should not contain any crop marks!
- Keep anything you do not want cutoff at least 0.125" away from all edges

Here is a general example of how to layout a flyer with the appropriate amount of bleed. Please follow these instructions for
any size flyer.
ARTWORK MUST HAVE 0.0625" FOR BLEED AND 0.0625" FOR SAFETY ON ALL SIDES. We can not guarantee any print job cuts without the bleed.

Photoshop is a raster program with pixels and Illustrator and Indesign are vector programs. Text and fonts will look better as vector files. It would be recommended to use Illustrator and InDesign if text clarity is critical...but Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign will all work. For that matter any program outputting a press ready .pdf file is probably acceptable, however Adobe will be our recommendation. Just make sure images are embedded, fonts are outlined, the color space is CMYK and if you want dark blacks make sure they are built RICH BLACK.
IMPORTANT! When it comes to the orientation of a 2 sided print, make sure the front and the back are both printing in the direction that you want them to.
Photoshop
- Resolution should be set for 300 dpi and mode to CMYK. Just know that photoshop is a raster program (with pixels) and vector images in Illustrator, will have smoother fonts.
- Save files as " .jpg ", ".pdf ", .png or .eps file with Maximum quality.
- DO NOT FORGET YOUR BLEEDS
Adobe Illustrator
- In Illustrator "Select All" and go to the "Type" menu selection and "Create Outlines". All text within files must be converted to outlines with the outline set to zero to eliminate the need for fonts.
- Save file as Illustrator EPS with placed images included and under the FILE menu, change the document color space to CMYK, blacks should be built RICH BLACK and DO NOT FORGET YOUR BLEEDS.
- Open Illustrator EPS file into Photoshop or export a print ready .pdf file. Make sure the bleeds are set to .125 when creating the print ready .pdf file.
- If you choose to save files as " .jpg ", ".pdf ", .png or .eps file with Maximum quality, just know that type will look better as a vector image, such as a press ready .pdf file.
- DO NOT FORGET YOUR BLEEDS
Adobe InDesign
- In InDesign "Select All" and go to the "Type" menu selection and "Create Outlines". All text within files must be converted to outlines with the outline set to zero to eliminate the need for fonts. This is the same as Illustrator. Do not forget to also go to the links panel and make sure any and all graphics are embedded as well.
- Save file as Illustrator EPS with placed images embedded or export a print quality .pdf file that has the fonts outlined and all images embedded.
- Just make sure to have ALL color builds set as CMYK, blacks should be RICH BLACK, all placed raster images should be 300dpi before exporting your press ready .pdf and DO NOT FORGET YOUR BLEEDS
- If you choose to save files as " .jpg ", ".pdf ", .png or .eps file with Maximum quality, just know that type will look better as a vector image, such as a press ready .pdf file.
- DO NOT FORGET YOUR BLEEDS
